Forma de Reserva

Como primer paso se debe solicitar el presupuesto y la disponibilidad por :       E- Mail:info@casamuela.com o    fax:34.95.220.47.34            especificando:  nombre de la casa, capacidad necesaria y fecha de entrada y salida.

FORMA DE RESERVA:

Ø El alquiler es por adelantado a través de cuenta bancaria o giro postal, de la forma que sigue:

1.- Un anticipo a cuenta del 40% del total del alquiler y quince días antes de la llegada al alojamiento, se ingresara el dinero restante.

2.- Si la reserva se realiza con quince días de antelación a la entrada al alojamiento, se hará un único pago por el total de la misma.

En cualquier caso y para agilizar la operación, se recomienda enviar el resguardo de la operación bancaria por fax (34 952 204 734) y a continuación se envía al cliente su contrato de reserva o alquiler.

2.-.- ANULACIONES por parte del cliente: 
Treinta días antes de la entrada:      >Devolución del 100% de la entrega a cuenta. ( menos 30 Euros, por gastos de gestión)
Entre treinta y quince días  >Devolución del 50% de la entrega a cuenta.
Con menos de quince días:  >No se efectuara devolución, quedando  este dinero en  deposito para una futura reserva en el plazo de 3 meses y siempre sujeto a disponibilidad.


8º.- ANULACIONES por parte del propietario:
1.- Si debido a causa mayor ( avería grave, incendio ….. y demás causas ajenas a la voluntad del propietario ) fuese necesaria la anulación de  esta reserva , el propietario se compromete a devolver todo el dinero entregado a cuenta y a facilitarle otro alojamiento alternativo, sin que el inquilino tenga derecho a reclamación alguna si esto no fuese posible.
2.- Por incumplimiento por parte del cliente de los plazos de pago, establecidos en LA FORMA DE RESERVA.

Reservation:

Fees will be paid in advance by bank transfer or by postal order in the following way: - 40% of the total fee will be paid on booking. The remaining amount will be paid a fortnight prior to arrival. If accommodation is booked a fortnight prior to arrival the full amount will be paid on booking. To simplify booking, clients are recommended to send a copy of bank transaction by fax to 34 952 204 734 whereafter they will receive their booking contract Cancellation by client Up to 30 days prior to date of arrival - 100% of the total paid by client will be reimbursed. (Less 5000 pesetas administration fees) 15 - 30 days prior to date of arrival - 50% of the total paid will be reimbursed. Less than 15 days prior to date of arrival - No reimbursement. The amount paid by client will be considered as a deposit for a future booking which must be made within 90 days of cancellation ( subject to availability) Cancellation by owner Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (fire or material damage to property) or any other cause out with the owner's control. In these cases the owner of the property will reimburse client the total amount paid and will attempt to provide clients with alternative accommodation. Clients will have no legal right to make an official complaint. The owner reserves the right to cancel a booking should payment not be made on established dates.

Cancellation by client

Up to 30 days prior to date of arrival - 100% of the total paid by client will be reimbursed. (Less 30 €administration fees)

15 - 30 days prior to date of arrival - 50% of the total paid will be reimbursed.

Less than 15 days prior to date of arrival -No reimbursement.

The amount paid by client will be considered as a deposit for a future booking which must be made within 90 days of cancellation ( subject to availability)
